You are growing a garden - not building an empire .

THE ECOSYSTEM OF YOUR MUSIC 🌱🎵

per·ma·cul·ture

the development of agricultural ecosystems intended to be sustainable and self-sufficient.

It is the harmonious integration of the landscape with people providing their food, energy, shelter and other material and non-material needs in a sustainable way.” In other words, permaculture is a holistic, living-in-harmony-with-nature worldview, as well as technical approach for how to do so

You’re feeding all the parts, all the parts are supporting each other

My mission is to support you in experiencing self-reliance in each essential area of your musical ecosystem so that it can become a self-supporting functioning system.

That’s the goal.

Goal: to create a self-reliant system that takes into account all the working parts as a whole.

You are your own team. At the beginning. As you grow, you outsource skills to other people who you can pay. You job is to be well-equipped so that when you do expand, you are making wise choices about who you align with.

Things are changing in the industry. Dat by day, month by month. It’s not what it used to be.

That’s why there’s no one right answer or one right path, and your path/timing could look radically different than your peers'.

As long as you stay committed and consistent, you will experience results. Try on this mindset:

The kind of energy I put into this thing is the kind of energy I will get back from it.

You don’t know in which timeline this will take place; often, things move like cycles rather than a straight line. An energetic output can come back to you in an unexpected way, at an unexpected time.

BE OPEN TO THAT.

See every conversation as a potential opening up of doors...

So, it becomes about time management and balance.

Show up. Be diligent. Get into the habit. Get organized.

*Time management pro tip: Write your to-do list the night before! That way when you wake up in the am, your mind is clear on what you have to do, and there is less chance of distraction.

1. Always spend first a little time on YOURSELF and CONNECTION TO YOU before anything. What's your morning ritual? Is it in the making of a badass cup of coffee? Is it 5 min of stretching or meditation? Whatever it is, however short or long, form one.

2. Spend 10 min in the morn checking email. Clear your slate and see what's important to respond to.

2. 10 min check todo list.

3. 1 HI15 min music practice

15 min music practice

= Time Management
